About this Warranty
At Microry LLC, every piece we sell is made directly by our own artisans in Morocco — not imported from a third-party factory and not resold from another brand. Because we are the maker, our warranty comes directly from us. No third-party paperwork, no chasing a manufacturer's customer service line, no warranty cards to register.
We stand behind every lamp, sconce, pendant, and floor light we craft, and we are here to help with any quality concern from start to finish.
The Microry 1-Year Quality Guarantee
Every Microry piece is covered by our 1-Year Quality Guarantee against manufacturing defects, plus our standing promise that handmade brass and copper lighting should last generations under normal indoor use.
01What the Warranty Covers
The Microry 1-Year Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing defects discovered under normal indoor decorative use. We separate clearly between what's covered and what isn't, so there are no surprises:
Generally Covered
- Manufacturing defects in brass or copper construction
- Electrical component failures unrelated to user installation
- Finish or patina defects evident at time of delivery
- Structural failure of mounting points under normal use
- Defective wiring or socket components
- Assembly errors traceable to our workshop
Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Damage from improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Natural patina development over time (this is a feature, not a defect)
- Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade pieces
- Outdoor exposure or non-residential humidity damage
- Bulb failure (bulbs follow their own manufacturer warranty)
- Accidental damage after delivery
What "natural variation" means in practice. Hand-pierced patterns, small dimensional differences (±1 cm), and unique patina tones are part of what makes Microry pieces special — they are not defects. For full details, see Section 02 of our Disclaimer.

Beyond the 1-year defect coverage, every Microry piece carries our standing promise: solid brass and solid copper are materials meant to last generations under normal indoor decorative use. If a Microry piece you own ever has a serious structural issue beyond the 1-year warranty period, contact us — we may be able to help with repair or replacement parts at a fair rate.
03How to Make a Warranty Claim
Microry handles every warranty claim directly. There is no third-party manufacturer to chase down. Follow these steps:
Email us at Contact@microry.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or short video of the defect (close-up + full piece view if possible)
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days to acknowledge receipt and request any additional information
We will work with you directly on a resolution — repair, replacement piece, or refund, whichever is most appropriate to the situation
If repair or replacement is needed, we cover the shipping costs both ways within the warranty period
Important. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period (1 year from delivery date). Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired are not eligible for warranty coverage, but please reach out anyway — we may still be able to help with repair parts or guidance.
Keep your original order confirmation email — it serves as proof of purchase date and your one piece of documentation needed to start a claim.
04What Is Not a Defect
Because Microry pieces are handmade, some characteristics that look unusual in factory-produced lighting are actually the hallmarks of authentic artisan craftsmanship. The following are not defects and are not covered by warranty:
- Dimensional tolerance. Pieces may vary by up to ±1 cm from listed measurements due to handmade cutting and shaping.
- Color and patina variation. Brass and copper develop their own unique tones during finishing — no two pieces are identical.
- Hand-pierced pattern variation. Line weight, depth, and spacing of decorative perforations will differ subtly from piece to piece.
- Natural patina development over time. Solid brass and solid copper change tone with age and exposure to air — this is desirable and authentic, not a defect.
- Visible tool marks or hammer texture. These are intentional craftsmanship details, not surface flaws.
- Slight differences from product photography. Photos are representative — the piece you receive will closely match but carry its own character.

05Warranty vs. Return Policy
Microry offers two separate but complementary protections — make sure to use the right one:
Return Policy
If your piece arrived damaged, doesn't suit your space, or you've changed your mind — return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees. Defects/damage shipping is on us; change-of-mind shipping is on you. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Warranty Coverage
If a manufacturing defect appears after the 90-day return window has closed (but within 1 year of delivery), file a warranty claim. We'll repair or replace the piece, and we cover shipping both ways within the warranty period.
Quick rule of thumb. If something is wrong within 90 days of delivery → use Returns. If a defect appears between day 91 and day 365 → file a Warranty Claim. If you're unsure which applies, just email us — we'll point you to the right path.
06Changes to This Warranty
Microry LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Information page at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the "Last Updated" date and do not retroactively affect warranties on existing orders.
The warranty terms that apply to your piece are those that were published on this page at the time of your purchase. Keep your order confirmation email — it serves as your record of purchase date and applicable warranty terms.
