About this Policy
At Microry LLC, we understand that plans can change. This page explains how to cancel an order, what happens after a cancellation is confirmed, and what your options are if your order has already shipped.
Because Microry offers two types of lighting — Ready-to-Ship and Handmade-to-Order — cancellation rules are slightly different for each. Please read carefully before placing your order.
01Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — but the cancellation window depends on which type of piece you ordered. Once we receive and confirm your cancellation request, we will stop processing your order and issue a full refund at no charge.

24-hour cancellation window

Why the 24-hour window for handmade pieces? Because each handmade-to-order piece is crafted specifically for you in Morocco, our artisans begin work immediately after your payment is confirmed. Materials are cut, brass is shaped, and engraving begins — at that point, your piece exists only for you, and cancellation is no longer possible. After this window, the piece remains fully covered by our 90-day return policy once it reaches you.
02How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below. Have your order number and full name ready so we can locate your order quickly.

We respond to every cancellation request within 1 business day.
Act fast. Ready-to-Ship orders are dispatched within 1 business day, and Handmade-to-Order pieces begin production within 24 hours. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can cancel before your eligible window closes.
03What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
If your order has already left our workshop, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return it under our 90-day return policy:
Before Dispatch
- Cancellation accepted within eligible window
- Full refund with no fees
- Refund processed within 7 business days
- Confirmation email sent immediately
After Dispatch
- Cancellation no longer possible
- Return accepted within 90 days of delivery
- No restocking fees — ever

04What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?
Contact us immediately at Contact@microry.com if you realize you ordered the wrong size, finish, or model.
- If your order has not yet shipped (Ready-to-Ship) or has not yet entered production (Handmade-to-Order) — we can cancel it and help you place a new order for the correct piece.
- If your order has already shipped — our 90-day return policy applies. You can return the piece for a full refund and place a new order for the correct one.
If you ordered a custom dimension or finish, please contact us as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee changes once our artisans have begun work, but we will always try to help where we can.
05Cancellations by Microry LLC
In very rare cases, Microry LLC may need to cancel your order. This may happen if:
Inventory issue. The piece is out of stock and the production timeline cannot meet your reasonable expectation, or the item has been discontinued.
Payment verification. We are unable to verify your payment details, or your bank declines authorization for the transaction.
Address verification. We are unable to confirm or deliver to your shipping address (for example, undeliverable address, restricted region, or PO Box).
Pricing or listing error. A clear pricing error or listing inaccuracy is identified for the product on our website.
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
06Refund After Cancellation
Once your cancellation is confirmed, here is exactly what happens:
Your cancellation is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from Microry LLC.
Your full payment is refunded to your original payment method — no deductions, no fees.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
A refund confirmation email is sent to you once the refund has been issued from our side.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
