02Handmade Product Variations

Every Microry piece is handcrafted by our artisans in Morocco using traditional techniques. This is part of what makes our lighting special — and it also means each piece carries small, natural variations that distinguish it from factory-produced goods.

What this means in practice

• Dimensions may vary by up to ±1 cm from the listed measurements due to the handmade nature of cutting, shaping, and assembly.
• Color and patina may vary slightly between individual pieces. Brass and copper develop unique tones during the finishing process, and no two pieces are identical.
• Hand-pierced and engraved patterns may differ subtly in line weight, depth, and spacing from piece to piece — these are not flaws but the marks of human craftsmanship.
• Product photography is representative, not exact. The piece you receive will closely match the photos but will carry its own individual character.

03Product Use Disclaimer

Microry LLC sells handcrafted brass and copper lighting in four categories: ceiling lights, wall lights, table lights, and floor lights. All products are intended for indoor residential or commercial decorative lighting use only. By purchasing and using a Microry piece, you agree to the following:

• Read and follow all included installation and care instructions before use
• Use the piece only for its intended purpose — indoor decorative lighting
• Ensure the piece is correctly installed and electrically connected before use
• Use only the bulb type and wattage specified for each piece
• Allow proper ventilation around the piece during use to prevent overheating
• You are fully responsible for the safe use, installation, and operation of any piece you purchase
• Keep children and pets away from hot bulbs, exposed wiring, and during installation

Lighting fixtures involve electrical components. Please observe the following warnings before installation and during use:

05Our Quality Guarantee

Microry LLC is the direct maker of every piece we sell. We do not pass warranty responsibilities to a third-party manufacturer — because we are the manufacturer.

Every Microry piece carries our 1-Year Quality Guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. This guarantee covers:

• Defects in the brass or copper construction
• Electrical component failures unrelated to user installation
• Finish or patina defects evident at time of delivery

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and natural patina development over time (in fact, that's part of the appeal)
• Damage from improper installation, modification, or use outside intended purpose
• Damage from extreme conditions (outdoor exposure, humidity beyond normal residential levels, etc.)
• Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade pieces (see Section 02)
• Bulb failure (bulbs are not included and are governed by their own manufacturer warranty)

06Pricing Disclaimer

All prices on microry.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price you will be charged — no hidden fees, no surprises after the fact.

In the rare event of a pricing error, Microry LLC reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.
