01What Happens After You Place an Order
Every Microry order follows the same four stages, whether you've ordered a Ready-to-Ship piece or a Handmade-to-Order piece. You'll receive an email notification at every stage.

02Total Delivery Time by Product Type
Microry offers two types of pieces, with different total timelines from order to delivery:
In-stock pieces
1 business day handling + 1–3 business days domestic transit. These pieces are held in U.S. stock and shipped within the United States to your address.
Crafted for you
15 business days production by our artisans + 5–8 business days transit from Morocco to your U.S. address. Each piece is made specifically for you, after your order is placed.

03Helpful Information
- Your Order ID was sent to you in your order confirmation email from Microry LLC.
- Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to first update in the carrier's system.
- Ready-to-Ship pieces typically arrive within 2–4 business days from order placement (held in U.S. stock, shipped domestically).
- Handmade-to-Order pieces typically arrive within 20–23 business days from order placement, including 15 business days of artisan production.
- For Handmade-to-Order pieces, international transit (Morocco → United States) typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the destination ZIP code and the carrier's schedule.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at Contact@microry.com with your name and order number — we'll look into it the same day.
04Didn't Receive a Confirmation Email?
If you placed an order but haven't received your confirmation email:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first — order confirmation emails are sometimes filtered there.
- Verify the email address you used at checkout was correct.
- Add Contact@microry.com to your contacts to ensure future emails reach your inbox.
If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us at Contact@microry.com or call +1 (270) 551-1357 with your full name and the email address used at checkout — we'll look it up for you right away.
Tracking tip. If you have your Order ID but the form above says it can't find your order, double-check that you're entering the email address used at checkout — not a different email on file with us. Orders placed as guest checkout are matched by the exact email you typed at purchase time.
