The following terms apply to all payments processed through microry.com:

- All prices and figures on microry.com are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- We do not collect or store any full payment card information provided by customers.
- The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price you will be charged — no hidden fees, no surprises at any later stage.
- Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your state of residence, in accordance with U.S. state and local tax laws.
- In the rare event of a pricing error or technical issue, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
- By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method is yours, authorized for use, and that your billing details are accurate and complete.
02Is microry.com PCI Compliant?
Yes. All payments on microry.com are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Microry LLC does not store, transmit, or have direct access to your full credit card number at any point during or after your transaction.
This means your card data is collected and processed by hardened, audited payment infrastructure operated by Stripe and PayPal — companies that handle billions of transactions annually under the strictest data security standards available.
03Your Payment Information
Your payment card number is never accessible to Microry LLC. Once your purchase is completed, we only retain the following information for our records:
- Your billing address
- Your shipping address
- The order details and amount
- The last 4 digits of your payment card (for reference only)
- The payment method used (e.g., Visa ending in 1234)
All retained data is protected using AES-256 encryption and SSL/TLS technology in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Please reach out before filing a chargeback. In nearly every case, we can resolve a billing issue within 1 business day. A chargeback is rarely the fastest or fairest path to resolution. Microry LLC reserves the right to investigate and dispute illegitimate chargebacks, and filing a chargeback for a delivered order without prior contact with our team may result in restrictions on future orders.

06Your Privacy
