You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service — including our product photography, descriptions, design language, or original content — without our prior written permission.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current at all times.

The material provided on microry.com is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content on the website without prior notice.

04Modifications & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure all product prices displayed on our website and in our Google Shopping ads are accurate and up to date. The price shown at the time of your order is the final price you will be charged — no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

In the rare case of a technical pricing error, we will notify you immediately and you may choose to confirm at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at our discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

05Products & Returns

Microry offers handcrafted Moroccan brass and copper lighting in two formats:

• Ready-to-Ship pieces — finished items held in U.S. stock, dispatched within one business day of your order and delivered domestically.
• Handmade-to-Order pieces — items made specifically for you by our artisans in Morocco after your payment is received.

Certain items or finishes may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. All online purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Handmade variations

Because every Microry piece is shaped and finished by hand, small variations in engraving, perforation, tonal patina, and hammered texture are part of the authenticity of the piece. These natural variations are not defects. We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but actual finishes may vary slightly from monitor display.

Custom orders

Handmade-to-order pieces are made specifically to your selected size and finish. Because production begins immediately after your payment is confirmed, cancellation of handmade-to-order pieces is only possible within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, materials have been committed and our artisans have begun work — the piece remains fully covered by our 90-day return policy once it reaches you.

We reserve the right to limit sales of any product to any person or geographic region, and to restrict order quantities. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion.

We may make optional tools or services from third parties available to you through our site — for example, payment processors, shipping carriers, and reviews platforms. We do not monitor or control such tools and have no input into how they operate.

We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.
