01Two Ways We Ship

Microry offers lighting in two ways. The majority of our pieces are handmade to order by artisans in Morocco after your purchase. A select range is ready to ship — already finished, packed, and waiting on our shelf. The badge on each product page tells you which type you are buying. Either way, shipping is free to all 50 U.S. states.

02The Ready-to-Ship Journey

For our in-stock pieces, the journey is much shorter — your order skips production entirely and goes straight to inspection and packing. Ideal for gifts and time-sensitive projects.

Microry pieces are not pulled from a warehouse shelf — they are made for you, by hand, in Morocco. Here is exactly what happens between your purchase and the moment your lamp arrives at your door.

A note on handmade timelines. Because 99% of our work is done by hand, occasional delays of a few days can occur during high-demand seasons or when a piece requires additional finishing time. If your order is running behind, we will contact you proactively.

05Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every Microry order to any U.S. address. The cost of delivery is already included in our product prices — there are no shipping fees added at checkout, regardless of where you are in the United States.

This applies to all sizes, all finishes, and all 50 states. What you see on the product page is what you pay.

06Order Tracking

As soon as your piece leaves our workshop, we will email you a tracking number along with a direct link to your carrier's tracking page (DHL, FedEx, or Aramex). From that moment, you can follow your order's journey from Morocco all the way to your U.S. address.

If you have not received a tracking number within 16 business days of placing your order, please contact us so we can check on your piece's progress.

07Packaging & Protection

Each Microry piece is wrapped in protective material, padded with shock-absorbent inserts, and placed inside a sturdy double-walled carton designed for international transit. Larger floor lamps and pendant lights are crated with additional internal bracing.

Every shipment is fully insured against loss or transit damage. In the rare event your piece arrives damaged, please see Section 09 — Delivery Issues below.

08Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, the window to change or cancel an order is short.

Within 24 hours of payment

You may cancel for a full refund, or modify your size, color, or shipping address at no charge. Email Contact@microry.com with your order number.

After 24 hours

Your piece is already in production. Cancellations and changes are no longer possible because materials have been cut and work has begun. The order will be completed and shipped as originally placed.

Shipping address changes after dispatch

Once a tracking number is issued, we cannot reroute the parcel. You may be able to redirect it directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or Aramex) using the tracking link provided, though carriers may charge a re-routing fee.

09Delivery Issues

Item arrived damaged

Inspect your parcel within 48 hours of delivery. If your piece has been damaged in transit, email Contact@microry.com with your order number and clear photos showing the outer packaging, the damaged item, and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Item lost in transit

If tracking shows your parcel has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier; if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address provided

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees in this case are the customer's responsibility.

Failed delivery attempts

DHL, FedEx, and Aramex will typically attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to sender. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or use the carrier's tracking link to arrange a redelivery or pickup at a local point.

10Orders With Multiple Items

When you order more than one piece, we wait until all items in your order are finished before shipping — so everything arrives together in a single tracked parcel. If you would prefer one piece to ship as soon as it is ready and the rest to follow separately, email us before placing your order and we will accommodate where possible.
